Project Manager – Multifamily – $150K

Michael Page USA is recruiting a Project Manager—Multifamily for a well-established, family-owned general contractor based in Bridgewater, Plymouth County. This full-time role offers direct engagement in multifamily residential project delivery across the Greater Boston region, providing comprehensive exposure to the full construction lifecycle while working alongside experienced construction leadership on high-profile ground-up developments.

About the Role

You'll manage the complete delivery cycle for multifamily projects—from preconstruction planning through final closeout. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where your expertise in cost control, scheduling, and site leadership drives project success on quality residential developments. Working collaboratively with experienced principals and construction professionals, you'll develop deep project controls knowledge and build relationships across design, subcontracting, and ownership teams.

What You'll Do

• Direct preconstruction planning, budgeting, and project scheduling
• Oversee daily site operations and quality assurance procedures
• Manage subcontractor relationships and performance tracking
• Monitor project budgets and coordinate change order processing
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and ownership throughout construction
• Track schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Execute final inspections and project closeout activities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and project management systems
• Proven success managing budgets, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities in collaborative environments
• Comfort with project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and active site participation
