Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and service areas
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Follow all food safety protocols and company procedures
• Support team members to ensure smooth service during all shifts, including overnight operations
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs to management as required

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual attendance and willingness to work varied shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move throughout your shift
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required; we train motivated team members
