About the Role
As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll be instrumental in creating compelling product displays and maintaining the visual standards that draw customers in. Your work will directly impact how shoppers discover and interact with the products they love, whether you're building eye-catching end-cap displays, refreshing seasonal sections, or ensuring brand materials are placed perfectly throughout the store.
What You'll Do
- Design and set up engaging product displays that align with promotional calendars and brand guidelines
- Stock shelves with attention to organization, facing, and product rotation to maintain freshness
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the team
- Ensure signage and pricing are accurate, visible, and appealing to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment throughout your shift
- Represent assigned brands and products with knowledge and enthusiasm to customers
- Collaborate with store leadership to execute seasonal merchandising strategies
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and pride in creating visually appealing displays
- Ability to stand, reach, and lift throughout your shift in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Flexibility and reliability in a part-time schedule
