The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser to join its team in Mosinee, Marathon County.

About the Role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will execute visual standards and product placement strategies that drive sales and enhance the shopper experience. You will work directly with retail partners to ensure merchandise is presented correctly and consistently across assigned stores.

What You'll Do

• Implement planograms and reset guidelines to ensure products are displayed as intended
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain proper product facing levels
• Build and maintain promotional displays, end‑caps, and seasonal installations
• Perform audits of shelf compliance, pricing accuracy, and out‑of‑stock situations
• Communicate store‑level feedback to the merchandising team and suggest improvements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail merchandising, stocking, or visual presentation is preferred

  • Good communication skills for interacting with store associates and managers
  • Physical stamina to lift, move, and merchandise products weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation to travel between store locations within the Mosinee area
  • Basic math skills for inventory counts and pricing verification
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team objectives
