About the Role

This is a part-time, evening Dietary Aide/Server position covering approximately four hours per shift. Working within our skilled nursing facility's food service team, you will play a hands-on part in preparing, plating, and serving meals that nourish our residents and reflect the home-like atmosphere we are committed to creating. Because dining is central to making this facility feel like home, your attention to quality and care matters every evening.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with serving balanced, appealing meals to residents during evening dining service
• Support food preparation, plating, and portioning according to dietary guidelines
• Keep dining and kitchen areas clean, sanitary, and properly stocked
• Clear, wash, and organize dishes, utensils, and serving equipment after meals
• Deliver attentive, respectful service that honors each resident's needs and dignity
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and facility procedures consistently

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to care for and serve older adults with kindness and patience
• Reliability and availability for part-time evening shifts (about four hours)
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a dietary and food service team
• Willingness to follow sanitation, safety, and dietary standards
• Prior food service or healthcare dining experience is helpful but not required
