RN – Part Time Overnights – LTC

Good Samaritan is hiring a part-time overnight Registered Nurse (RN) for long-term care, supporting senior residents through compassionate, faith-centered nursing in Dalton, Whitfield County.

About the Role

As an RN on our overnight long-term care (LTC) team, you'll deliver attentive, high-quality nursing care to seniors during night shifts at Good Samaritan. This is a part-time, mission-driven nursing position within a not-for-profit organization that has served older adults for more than a century in a Christian environment built on dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents during overnight hours.
• Monitor resident status, administer medications, and respond promptly to changing needs.
• Document assessments, observations, and care accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with care-team colleagues to maintain a safe, supportive overnight environment.
• Uphold quality-of-care standards and the values of our faith-based, person-centered mission.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Availability for part-time overnight (night) shifts in a long-term care setting.

• Strong clinical judgment, dependability, and clear communication skills.
