About the Role

As a Traveling Retail Merchandiser, you'll be the boots on the ground executing critical retail operations for top CPG brands. This role takes you into stores across the region, where you'll manage the complete merchandising lifecycle from planning through in-store execution and verification, ensuring brand standards are met consistently.

What You'll Do

• Execute planograms accurately, setting and resetting product displays according to brand specifications and guidelines
• Maintain shelf standards and ensure proper product placement, facing, rotation, and stock levels
• Install and verify signage, promotional materials, and point-of-sale displays throughout assigned stores
• Collect in-store data and complete merchandising documentation to track execution quality
• Build collaborative relationships with store teams and management to ensure smooth implementation
• Visit multiple retail locations within your territory on a regular, rotating schedule
• Communicate execution status, findings, and any challenges back to the account and retail operations team

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in retail merchandising, field execution, or in-store retail operations
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and merchandising guidelines with precision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building relationships with store personnel
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent brand standards across locations
• Reliability, time management, and ability to work independently across multiple store visits
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory
