Program Coordinator

About the Role

As Program Coordinator, you'll serve as the central hub for program planning and execution. Working directly with association leadership, you'll coordinate member-facing activities, ensure seamless program delivery, and foster meaningful engagement across all initiatives. This role offers high visibility and direct impact on member satisfaction and retention within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the planning, scheduling, and logistics of association programs and member events
• Act as the primary liaison between program stakeholders, departments, and members
• Develop and maintain timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for programs
• Track program metrics, gather member feedback, and report on engagement outcomes
• Support the creation and distribution of program marketing materials and communications
• Maintain organized records of program documentation and participant data
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities for member engagement and program growth

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating programs, events, or initiatives in an association, nonprofit, or corporate environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management or scheduling software
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while supporting a team
