This full-time position offers hands-on leadership of a diverse project portfolio, meaningful autonomy, and the opportunity to drive growth as the firm scales.

About the Role

Join a respected, relationship-driven construction firm with over 25 years of industry experience. As a Project Executive, you'll oversee multiple commercial and multifamily projects from conception through completion, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships with the strategic independence to shape outcomes. You'll work within a collaborative team of roughly 20 professionals while contributing to the strategic direction of a growing company.

What You'll Do

• Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution across commercial and multifamily developments
• Manage client relationships, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and contract administration throughout project lifecycle
• Identify cost savings and process improvements while maintaining the highest construction standards
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels
• Help establish operational systems and best practices as the firm expands

What We're Looking For

• Proven success as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive in commercial or multifamily construction
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Track record of maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships
• Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
