Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant

Deloitte seeks an accomplished Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant for a full-time position in our Finance Transformation practice in Boise, Ada County. You'll occupy a pivotal advisory role supporting C-suite finance leaders through large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.

About the Role

As Senior Consultant for Strategy & Transformation, you'll lead critical workstreams within our Finance Transformation program, helping CFOs and their finance teams reimagine processes, technology, and organizational structures. This is hands-on advisory work—you'll move from strategy to execution, designing solutions that reshape how finance operates in the modern enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Lead workstreams and initiatives within large-scale finance transformation programs
• Partner with CFOs and finance leadership teams to diagnose current-state challenges and design future-state solutions
• Synthesize data and stakeholder input to develop actionable transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps
• Guide client organizations through complex organizational change and capability building
• Translate complex finance and operational concepts into clear recommendations for executive audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and talent specialists

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in strategy consulting, business transformation, or finance advisory roles
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive transformation strategies and drive implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior executives
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of an organization
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous professional development
