Multimedia Designer

About the Role

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Designer to join our marketing and advertising team. In this position, you'll craft compelling visual content and multimedia experiences that support our mission to help people live healthier lives. You'll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy, translating business objectives into engaging designs that resonate with diverse audiences.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce high-quality multimedia content including graphics, animations, and digital assets for marketing campaigns and communications
• Create visual designs across multiple formats—digital platforms, print materials, video graphics, and interactive media
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations
• Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all multimedia deliverables
• Manage design projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks
• Stay current with design trends and best practices in multimedia and digital marketing
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to achieve final deliverables

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and multimedia tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, animation, and/or video production skills
• Excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, professional work
• Understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition
