This is a full-time position focused on empowering our sales team to drive revenue and expand our global impact in the cybersecurity industry.

About the Role

As Senior Sales Enablement Specialist at ISC2, you'll architect and execute programs that accelerate our sales organization's ability to win in the marketplace. You'll translate business objectives into practical enablement initiatives that equip our sales professionals with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to close deals and build lasting client relationships. This role serves as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, collaborating with sales leadership, product, and marketing to ensure our teams operate with consistent messaging and competitive advantage.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver targeted sales training covering our certification portfolio, value propositions, and competitive positioning within the cybersecurity market
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, competitive battle cards, and deal resources addressing common customer objections and buying scenarios
  • Analyze sales performance data, win/loss outcomes, and pipeline metrics to identify enablement gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with sales leaders, product teams, and marketing to align messaging, validate positioning, and ensure consistent go-to-market execution
  • Lead onboarding and coaching programs for new sales hires and support underperforming teams to close performance gaps
  • Measure and report on enablement effectiveness through adoption rates, sales KPIs, and team feedback mechanisms
  • Monitor cybersecurity industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics to inform strategy and training content

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue strategy, or similar revenue-focused roles
  • Proven track record designing, launching, and scaling sales training programs that deliver measurable results
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, buyer journeys, and team dynamics in competitive environments
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems, CRM platforms, sales intelligence tools, and analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Background in cybersecurity, professional certifications, or B2B technology sales preferred
