About the Role

In this position you will partner with subject‑matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that support ISC2’s mission of advancing a safe and secure cyber world. You will help design, deliver, and evaluate programs that enable members to build and maintain critical skills.

What You'll Do

• Assess learning needs across diverse audiences and translate them into clear training objectives
• Design curricula, e‑learning modules, and instructor‑led sessions using adult learning principles
• Facilitate virtual and in‑person workshops, ensuring interactive and impactful delivery
• Maintain the learning management system, tracking completion rates and learner feedback
• Collaborate with certification teams to align training content with exam objectives and industry standards
• Measure program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, recommending improvements
• Stay current with emerging trends in cybersecurity education and incorporate relevant topics into offerings

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a technical or professional‑services environment
• Strong familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and e‑learning authoring tools
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging both small groups and large virtual audiences
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable learning enhancements
• Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to supporting professional growth
