What You'll Do
- Operate a dry van semi-truck across interstate routes

- Communicate with dispatch and coordinate load schedules
- Follow all FMCSA regulations and company safety policies

Compensation & Benefits
U.S. Xpress offers competitive earnings with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,400, mileage rates between 46 and 60 cents per mile, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new drivers. Strong performers in our OTR fleet earn $1,525 per week, with annual earnings reaching $78,000 or beyond. Team driving options are also available with enhanced sign-on bonuses. This is a consistent, full-time position with predictable payroll and scheduling.
