About the Role

This dedicated Class A CDL company driver role focuses on dry van operations across the Northeast. You'll operate new equipment on reliable, pre-planned routes serving customers throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine—with frequent Long Island deliveries. The position guarantees home time each week, eliminating the uncertainty of traditional over-the-road trucking.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements
• Execute no-touch freight deliveries on dedicated, repeat routes throughout the Northeast
• Manage scheduling and customer interactions on assigned accounts
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Coordinate with dispatchers and customers to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries
• Maintain accurate logbooks and shipping documentation

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Minimum 1 to 5 months of paid commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record and willingness to pass a DOT medical examination and background check

Compensation and Benefits

You'll earn between $0.53 and $0.59 per mile, averaging approximately $1,500 per week, with per-load bonuses and stop pay to increase earnings. As a Class A CDL company driver with U.S. Xpress - Dedicated, you'll also receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid vacation, consistent miles, weekly home time, 24/7 driver support, and access to new, well-maintained equipment.
