About the Role

As a dedicated dry van truck driver with U.S. Xpress, you'll operate new equipment on established regional routes throughout the Northeast. This role delivers predictable scheduling with solid earning potential: $0.53–$0.59 per mile, plus per-load bonuses and stop pay, averaging $1,500 per week. You'll also receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

What You'll Do

• Transport 100% no-touch freight on assigned dedicated lanes serving New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Long Island
• Complete shipments on schedule with professional, safe driving
• Manage shipping documentation and maintain DOT compliance
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure customer delivery commitments
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDLA (Commercial Driver's License Class A)
• 1–5 months of verifiable truck driving experience
• Clean driving record and current DOT medical certification
• Dependable, safety-focused approach to the job
• Ability to pass background screening
