What You'll Do
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely across the United States
- Transport dry van freight to destinations nationwide on assigned routes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with all DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements
- Manage fuel efficiency and vehicle upkeep during extended hauls

Compensation
We offer competitive pay for CDL-A truck drivers starting at 54 to 60 cents per mile based on your experience. Solo drivers receive a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,200 plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Top performers in our driver network earn approximately $1,725 per week, translating to roughly $83,200 annually.
Team driver positions are also available, with sign-on bonuses up to $5,000 (split between team members) and mileage rates from 72 to 80 cents per mile (split), averaging 5,000 miles per week for experienced teams.
