About the Role

What You'll Do
- Operate a company-supplied tractor, hauling dry van freight on interstate routes

- Follow a consistent work schedule: 12 days on the road, 2 days at home
- Deliver loads safely and on time to dispatch requirements
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- 1–5 months of verifiable OTR trucking experience
- Clean driving record and DOT medical certification
- Willingness to commit to consistent, long-haul routes
Compensation & Benefits
Solo drivers earn 46–60 cents per mile, with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,400 and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Experienced drivers in our top 20% average $1,525 weekly. Team drivers receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn $0.72–$0.80 per mile split. Our drivers typically log 2,000–5,000 miles per week depending on assignment, with annual earnings averaging around $78,000.
