Accesslex Institute, a leading nonprofit partner to the legal education community, is hiring a Creative Manager to drive creative strategy and communications in West Chester, Chester County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape how the organization connects with law students and nearly 200 member institutions across its network.
About the Role
As Creative Manager, you'll develop and execute creative strategies that advance Accesslex's visibility, engagement, and mission impact. You'll lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of content and campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring our messaging resonates with law students, member institutions, and the broader legal education community.
What You'll Do
- Develop original creative concepts and campaigns that communicate Accesslex's programs, resources, and impact
- Oversee production of digital and print content from ideation through execution and performance measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to deliver work on schedule
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Support marketing and communications initiatives through strategic creative direction
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in creative management, marketing, or a related creative role
- Strong portfolio showcasing original creative work and successful campaigns
- Proficiency with design software and digital content creation tools
- Proven project management and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Interest in nonprofit sector and legal education preferred
