Compensation and Benefits
This full-time OTR position offers competitive pay based on your experience level. You'll earn between 54 and 60 cents per mile, with top-performing drivers in our fleet earning up to $1,725 weekly. We guarantee a weekly minimum pay of $1,200, and you'll receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus to help you get started. Based on our pay structure, drivers average $83,200 annually.
