About the Role
This is a dedicated over-the-road commercial driving position with flexible home time and the opportunity to earn industry-competitive compensation. You'll transport freight across the country using modern equipment while maintaining full control over when you return home.
What You'll Do
- Operate a commercial truck safely over long-haul routes across the US
- Transport dry van freight on schedule and in excellent condition
- Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to optimize routes and schedules
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay structure based on experience and driver role:
- Solo Drivers: 57–64 cents per mile with an average of 2,000 miles weekly, plus $4,000 sign-on bonus
- Team Drivers: 72–80 cents per mile (split) with an average of 5,000 miles weekly, plus $5,000 sign-on bonus

What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with clean driving record
- 1–5 months of verifiable truck driving experience
- Experience or willingness to operate dry van equipment
