What You'll Do

• Monitor and assess patient vital signs, clinical status, and physiological responses to treatment interventions
• Perform and support diagnostic testing procedures; interpret results and communicate findings to the care team
• Administer intravenous medications, fluids, and parenteral nutrition with precision and safety protocols
• Respond quickly to patient acuity changes and implement evidence-based interventions
• Document comprehensive nursing assessments and maintain detailed medical records
• Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists, respiratory therapists, and other clinical staff
• Educate patients and families about their condition, treatment plan, and recovery trajectory
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety standards, and hospital policies

What We're Looking For

• Valid RN licensure in New Jersey
• Demonstrated experience in intensive care nursing or acute care settings
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring, ventilator management, and hemodynamic assessment
• Strong clinical decision-making and prioritization skills under pressure
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
