About the Role

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist at LifeStance Health, you'll provide comprehensive mental health treatment to diverse patient populations. This full-time position places you within an integrated care model, where you'll combine your clinical expertise with our commitment to making quality mental healthcare affordable and accessible to everyone.

What You'll Do

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other behavioral health professionals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as clinically indicated
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices in mental health treatment

What We're Looking For

• Active clinical mental health license required by the state of Illinois
• Master's degree in counseling, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or related mental health field
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and treatment planning expertise
• Experience providing therapy to diverse patient populations and clinical presentations
• Strong therapeutic relationship and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, integrated healthcare environment
