What You'll Do
- Develop, cultivate, and expand commercial banking relationships with middle market businesses across diverse industries
- Analyze financial statements and credit information to assess borrower creditworthiness and structure appropriate lending solutions
- Originate and document commercial loans, including term loans, revolving lines of credit, and specialized financing arrangements
- Monitor and manage existing client portfolios to ensure credit quality and ongoing compliance with banking standards
- Collaborate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and documentation
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate specialty finance and wealth management services for existing and prospective clients
What We're Looking For
- Substantial commercial lending or relationship management experience with a track record of successful loan origination
- Strong knowledge of commercial loan products, credit analysis techniques, and credit risk assessment
- Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and navigate complex financial discussions
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and technical writing capabilities
- Working knowledge of banking regulations, lending compliance standards, and credit underwriting practices
- Professional communication and presentation skills for diverse business audiences
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
