About the Role

What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect for new middle-market commercial clients within your market
- Structure and originate commercial loans, including working capital facilities, term loans, and acquisition financing
- Conduct business analysis and financial underwriting to evaluate credit quality and risk
- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and specialized finance teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Maintain detailed client files and documentation in compliance with bank policies and regulations
- Stay current with market conditions, industry trends, and competitive positioning
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial banking experience, preferably in middle-market lending
- Demonstrated ability to originate and close significant commercial loans
- Strong financial analysis and underwriting skills
- Excellent relationship management and business development abilities
- Knowledge of commercial loan structures, credit policies, and banking regulations
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Finance, Business Administration, or related field)
