About the Role

This full-time LPN position focuses on direct patient care in a long-term care setting where you'll take the lead in monitoring resident health, delivering skilled nursing interventions, and collaborating with clinical teams. You'll serve as a trusted resource for registered nurses and physicians, providing real-time clinical observations and ensuring safe, compassionate care for patients entrusted to your care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct regular assessments of patient vital signs and report significant changes to the nursing team
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses to treatment
• Perform wound care and dressing changes according to clinical protocols
• Work directly with patients to manage daily care needs and maintain comfort
• Supervise nursing assistants and certified nursing aides on assigned units
• Document patient observations and care activities in the medical record
• Support the registered nurse team in clinical decision-making through accurate bedside assessment

What We're Looking For

• Current, active LPN license in North Carolina
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to patient safety
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and professional accountability
• Reliable, dedicated work ethic with flexibility for the demands of patient care
