About the Role

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist with LifeStance Health, you'll provide direct clinical care to clients seeking mental health treatment and counseling services. This is a full-time position where you'll build meaningful therapeutic relationships, assess client needs, and implement treatment plans that support lasting wellness and recovery.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on therapeutic outcomes
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
• Support crisis intervention and safety planning when needed
• Work within ethical and legal frameworks governing mental health practice

What We're Looking For

• Active License as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent state credential
• Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to client-centered, culturally competent care
• Ability to manage a full client caseload and meet documentation requirements
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational and time-management abilities
