What You'll Do
- Officiate youth soccer matches according to FIFA Laws of the Game and league-specific regulations
- Make fair, timely, and impartial decisions during play, including fouls, offsides, and disciplinary actions
- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and match officials to maintain sportsmanship and game control
- Ensure player safety by identifying and preventing dangerous play or misconduct
- Complete pre-match and post-match administrative duties as required
- Attend training and development sessions to maintain and improve officiating standards
What You Bring
- Knowledge of FIFA Laws of the Game and youth soccer regulations
- Strong communication and decision-making skills under pressure
- Physical fitness and stamina to cover the full match duration
- Commitment to fair play, sportsmanship, and youth development

- Valid soccer referee certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
