About the Role
The Youth Soccer Coach position at Community Sports Partners is a full-time, on-site role. You'll work closely with our team to create engaging and educational experiences for our youth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver soccer training sessions tailored to the needs of young athletes
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive coaching environment
- Encourage and support players in their personal and athletic development
- Communicate effectively with parents and other coaches to ensure a coordinated approach to player development
- Assess player progress and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
- Valid coaching certification in soccer
- Passion for working with young athletes and promoting the sport
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff
- Experience in coaching youth soccer is preferred
- First aid certification is a plus
