Lead one of the area's premier movie destinations as the General Manager of Regal Cinemas Kingstowne in Franconia, Fairfax County. Regal Theatres is seeking a hands-on, results-driven leader to own the day-to-day success of a full-time, on-site theatre operation.

As General Manager at Regal Cinemas Kingstowne, you will be the driving force behind a smooth, guest-focused cinema experience. This full-time, on-site position in Franconia, Fairfax County puts you in charge of every operational detail — from the front box office to the concession stand to your team behind the scenes — while ensuring the location consistently meets Regal Theatres' standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out and enforce company standards in line with the Regal Policy Guide and guidance issued by the Theatre Support Office.
• Safeguard all cash handling by making sure established cash management procedures are followed without exception.
• Minimize concession losses by keeping inventory shortages and product spoilage under tight control.
• Build and lead the team through recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and ongoing performance development.
• Supervise daily theatre operations to deliver a consistently positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience, ideally within cinema, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Strong command of cash management, inventory control, and loss-prevention practices.
• Confidence hiring, training, scheduling, and developing a team of hourly staff.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to follow and uphold established company policies.
• Availability to work a full-time, on-site schedule in Franconia, Fairfax County, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as cinema operations require.
