About the Role
As our Notary Signing Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring every notary signing appointment runs smoothly from scheduling through completion. This is a full-time position based in Columbus where you'll work closely with our team of mobile notaries and clients to deliver seamless notarization services.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and coordinate notary signing appointments with clients and mobile notaries
- Manage appointment calendars and ensure proper time allocation for each signing
- Prepare and organize notary documents for upcoming signings
- Communicate with clients regarding appointment details, location information, and document requirements
- Track signing completion and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Assist with compliance documentation and notary service requirements
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, file organization, and client correspondence
- Support mobile notaries with scheduling, route planning, and logistical coordination
- Maintain client and transaction databases to ensure information accuracy
