Washington Career is hiring a Finance Manager in Kitsap Lake, Kitsap County to lead vehicle financing operations and guide customers through financing, warranty, and service options at our dealership.
About the Role
As a Finance Manager, you'll work directly with customers to structure and close vehicle financing and leasing transactions. Your role bridges sales and finance operations, ensuring every customer understands their financing terms, protection options, and the dealership's service and warranty programs. You'll manage the complete deal workflow from negotiation through lender approval, while maintaining strict compliance with automotive financing regulations.
What You'll Do
- Present and explain vehicle financing and lease options to customers in clear, transparent language
- Discuss and recommend aftermarket products, extended warranties, and service protection plans tailored to customer needs
- Walk customers through manufacturer warranties, dealership service procedures, maintenance policies, and coverage details
- Prepare accurate financing and leasing paperwork and submit deals for lender approval and funding
- Coordinate with financial institutions to secure loan and lease approvals efficiently
- Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local financing laws and regulations
- Maintain organized records and manage deal follow-up to close rate
What We're Looking For
- Experience in automotive finance, dealership finance operations, or a related sales and transaction environment
- Strong ability to communicate financial products and terms clearly to diverse customers
- Detail orientation and accuracy in processing contracts and applications
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn federal and state automotive financing regulations
- Ability to build rapport with customers and sales teams
- Organized, self-motivated approach to managing multiple transactions
