What You'll Do

• Hold daily one‑on‑one meetings with each service advisor to review client status and spot any emerging service concerns.
• Monitor repair and maintenance workflows to prevent bottlenecks and keep the lane moving efficiently.
• Partner with the service director to establish departmental goals and track progress toward those objectives.
• Lead recruiting efforts, conduct interviews, and onboard new service technicians and advisors.
• Assign technical staff to jobs based on skill sets and current production demands.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of sales, parts usage, and production output for reporting and analysis.
