Sales Merchandiser

Imperial Trading seeks an energetic Sales Merchandiser based in Richland, Rankin County to represent our brand across key retail markets. This full-time position combines merchandising expertise with direct sales, supporting store partners throughout Mississippi and Alabama.

About the Role

As a Sales Merchandiser, you'll drive product sales and enhance brand visibility at retail locations across your assigned territory. Working independently, you'll build strong partnerships with store managers and retail staff while maintaining outstanding product presentation and maximizing market impact.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain high-impact product displays that drive customer engagement and sales
• Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure optimal product availability at retail accounts
• Make regular sales calls to build relationships and identify new business opportunities with retail partners
• Provide timely feedback to management about store performance and market conditions
• Represent Imperial Trading professionally and consistently across all customer interactions
• Meet assigned sales goals while managing multiple accounts efficiently
• Travel throughout your territory to service existing accounts and develop new business

What We're Looking For

• Results-oriented professional with genuine enthusiasm for sales and merchandising
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for territory travel
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Self-directed work ethic with ability to manage time independently
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales experience a plus
