Youth Soccer Coach

Community Sports Partners is hiring a full-time Youth Soccer Coach to lead player development and coaching at our Lake Worth Beach, Florida location. This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on young athletes' skills, confidence, and love of the game.

About This Position

As a Youth Soccer Coach with Community Sports Partners, you'll be responsible for directing soccer instruction and training programs for youth players in the Lake Worth Beach area. This full-time position offers the chance to work directly with young athletes in a structured, supportive team environment focused on skill-building, teamwork, and athletic growth.

What You'll Do

• Design and lead age-appropriate soccer practice sessions that develop fundamental and advanced player skills
• Instruct young athletes on proper techniques, game strategy, and tactical understanding
• Organize training activities, drills, and competitive matches aligned with player development goals
• Monitor player progress and adjust coaching methods to meet individual learning needs
• Promote safe, inclusive training environments and enforce proper equipment use and injury prevention
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding player progress and program updates
• Model positive sportsmanship, discipline, and commitment to athletic excellence

Requirements

• Genuine passion for soccer and commitment to youth athlete development
• Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, rules, and coaching techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with young athletes and families
