Join Adobe as an Account Director to lead enterprise relationships with our largest customers in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. This is a full-time position based in the US where you'll drive revenue growth by partnering with CPG enterprises to maximize their use of Adobe's digital marketing solutions.

About the Role

You'll own the end-to-end enterprise account lifecycle for complex, high-value CPG customers. Your mission is to expand wallet share, deepen product adoption, and build lasting strategic partnerships that generate measurable business impact. This role blends consultative selling with account leadership—you'll operate as a trusted business advisor while driving ambitious revenue goals across Adobe's digital marketing suite.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies for assigned enterprise CPG clients, identifying expansion opportunities and growth pathways
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and digital operations
  • Drive new product adoption and maximize customer value realization to increase renewal rates and account expansion revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solutions engineers, customer success, and implementation teams to deliver tailored outcomes
  • Forecast accurately and manage a pipeline of deal opportunities to consistently achieve or exceed annual sales quotas
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and position Adobe solutions as strategic enablers of their business goals

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record closing complex, six and seven-figure enterprise deals in B2B software or SaaS
  • Deep experience in enterprise account management with demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, marketing technology, or data analytics solutions is highly valued
  • Familiarity with CPG industry dynamics, marketing priorities, and buying cycles preferred
  • Consultative selling mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-directed closer comfortable owning revenue outcomes and thriving in a quota-bearing role
