Adobe is hiring a Group Product Design Manager, Data & Insights to lead a gifted team of designers in San Jose, Santa Clara County, as we push the boundaries of what analytics and data experiences can do. About the Role
Adobe's analytics tools, data infrastructure, and insights workflows are entering a period of profound change, with artificial intelligence opening fresh ways for large teams to work, explore, and decide. As Group Product Design Manager, you will guide the design vision for these experiences, mentoring designers while partnering closely with product and engineering to deliver intuitive, powerful products. This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Jose.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of product designers focused on data and insights experiences.
- Set and champion a clear design direction as Adobe expands its analytics capabilities.
- Shape workflows that help users uncover answers to new questions and serve new audiences.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and research partners to bring concepts to life.
- Explore how AI can reshape the way people analyze data and act on insights at scale.
- Raise the bar for craft, usability, and consistency across complex enterprise products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and developing product design teams.
- A strong track record designing for data-rich, analytics, or insights-driven products.
- Skill in translating ambiguous problems into clear, elegant user experiences.
- Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional partners.
- A passion for emerging technologies, including AI-powered ways of working.
