Adobe is hiring a Director of Customer Success, Business Professionals to lead enterprise customer success operations across the Americas. Based in San Francisco, California, you'll own strategy and execution for a high-impact team delivering measurable customer outcomes across our Business Professionals segment.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position reporting to senior management. You'll oversee a team of customer success managers and individual contributors responsible for driving adoption, retention, and expansion within a large, diverse enterprise customer portfolio. Your mandate is to build and scale a customer success function that delivers tangible business value while establishing Adobe as a strategic partner for Business Professionals customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of customer success professionals focused on the Business Professionals segment in the Americas region
- Define customer success strategy, KPIs, and operational excellence standards for your organization
- Drive customer adoption programs, training initiatives, and value realization workshops to maximize product utilization
- Build strategic partnerships with key accounts and identify expansion opportunities within existing customers
- Establish and optimize customer health metrics, playbooks, and processes that scale across the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to align customer success outcomes with business objectives
- Report on team performance and customer retention metrics to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise customer success or account management leadership experience
- Proven track record building and scaling customer success teams
- Expertise in customer retention, adoption, and value-realization strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Experience leading diverse customer segments and managing complex, multi-product relationships
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy
- Leadership presence with ability to mentor and develop teams
