Sr. Employee Communications Specialist

Join Adobe's Global Employee Brand & Communications team as a Senior Employee Communications Specialist based in San Jose, Santa Clara County. In this full-time position, you'll be the storyteller behind our internal communications, connecting our global workforce to company mission, achievements, and culture through authentic, engaging narratives.

About the Role

You'll serve as a strategic communications voice within Adobe's employee brand function, discovering and crafting stories that resonate with our workforce. Your content will keep employees informed, inspired, and connected to our values and organizational direction while strengthening our employer brand.

What You'll Do

• Write and produce original content across internal channels—newsletters, intranet articles, video scripts, announcements, and multimedia content that reach and engage employees
• Conduct interviews and reporting to uncover compelling employee stories, milestone achievements, and cultural moments worth sharing
• Partner across HR, business units, and leadership to align communications with organizational priorities and employee interests
• Develop and manage content calendars for internal campaigns, initiatives, and ongoing communications efforts
• Establish and maintain consistent editorial standards and brand voice across all employee-facing materials
• Track engagement metrics and gather feedback to continuously refine messaging and content approach

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in employee communications, internal corporate communications, or a closely related field with a portfolio showcasing content and storytelling work
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with skill in translating organizational priorities into clear, compelling employee communications
• Proven track record of conducting interviews and identifying newsworthy stories that engage audiences
• Experience producing content across multiple platforms and formats
• Strong strategic thinking—ability to align communications with broader business and employee engagement goals
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with content management systems, digital publishing tools, or design platforms—a plus
