About the Role
As a Research Technician at Mass General Brigham, you'll be a key member of our research operations team. You'll work within a collaborative environment where clinical discovery, patient care, and scientific excellence intersect. What You'll Do
- Support ongoing research projects by preparing materials, managing equipment, and organizing laboratory resources
- Collect, organize, and maintain study data while ensuring compliance with institutional protocols and regulatory standards
- Assist with patient recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up coordination for clinical research studies
- Perform routine technical procedures and quality checks to maintain research integrity
- Coordinate with research teams, physicians, and staff to support study timelines and deliverables
- Document findings and maintain meticulous records that meet research and regulatory requirements
Who We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework or an associate degree is a plus)
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
- Comfort with computers and familiarity with electronic data entry systems
- A genuine interest in supporting medical research and advancing patient care
- Ability to work reliably in a structured environment and follow established protocols
