What You'll Do

• Coordinate patient schedules, appointments, and registration processes
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility before patient visits
• Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation
• Support clinical staff by preparing patient files and gathering necessary information
• Resolve patient concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Assist with patient intake, consent forms, and billing processes
• Contribute to a welcoming, efficient front desk or administrative environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a patient services, healthcare administration, or similar customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office
