Responsibilities
- Develop and implement youth and adult tennis and pickleball programs
- Recruit, hire, manage, and supervise racquet sports instructors and support staff
- Establish program standards, safety protocols, and professional best practices
- Drive member engagement, satisfaction, and retention within racquet sports programs
- Plan program schedules, allocate resources, and optimize facility utilization
- Monitor program performance, analyze participation metrics, and adjust offerings based on member feedback
