Workfront Consultant

Position Overview

We are representing a confidential digital experience consultancy seeking a Workfront Consultant to serve as a client-facing technical expert. This remote role focuses on helping enterprise organizations realize and quantify value from Adobe Workfront solutions through deep technical expertise, strategic guidance, and hands-on implementation support.

Our client specializes in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and serves major brands across healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and other industries. As a Workfront Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor—helping organizations maximize their Adobe Workfront investment through architecture guidance, implementation best practices, integrations, and platform optimization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a recognized authority in Adobe Workfront solutions, gathering client business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges
• Educate clients on Adobe Workfront best practices and evaluate solution designs to ensure implementation accuracy
• Translate business requirements into architecture, design, and development activities utilizing Adobe Workfront
• Lead enterprise Workfront implementations, including workflow design, platform configuration, and data migration from legacy systems
• Provide guidance on project management methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, PMI, and hybrid approaches
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Workfront Fusion scenarios, automations, and integration workflows
• Configure modules, develop functions, and implement integrations using REST APIs, JSON structures, and error-handling best practices
• Integrate Workfront with enterprise systems including Creative Cloud, AEM Assets, Jira, Outlook, Salesforce, Slack, and other business applications
• Manage a portfolio of client engagements while ensuring timely execution and quality delivery
• Collaborate with marketers, analysts, developers, project teams, and business leaders across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
• Maintain project documentation, workload estimates, and client-facing presentations
• Stay current on Adobe Workfront product enhancements, features, and industry best practices through certifications and continuous learning

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Deep technical expertise in Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion
• Strong understanding of Workfront work management capabilities, including resource management, reporting, proofing, and document management
• 5+ years of client-facing Workfront implementation and/or integration experience in enterprise environments
• Experience designing and configuring business workflows and project management processes
• Thorough knowledge of Workfront Fusion: module configuration, function development, scenario development, troubleshooting, and governance best practices
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON structures, array refinement, integration architecture, and error handling
• Experience integrating Workfront with Creative Cloud, AEM Assets, Jira, Outlook, Salesforce, Slack, and similar enterprise platforms
• Proficiency in Java, PHP, or Python
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• Experience with data migration projects
• Strong consulting, facilitation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (no visa sponsorship available including H-1B, OPT, CPT, TN, or other work visas)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Workfront Core Developer Certification
• Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Certification
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Target
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise marketing operations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing Technology, or related field
