About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a .NET Software Developer with German language proficiency to join their cross-functional product teams in Poland. Our talent team is looking for a backend engineer who combines technical excellence with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to software development.
This role offers the opportunity to work on international projects while being embedded in established development workflows. You'll contribute to resilient, high-performance systems while working remotely with flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using.NET/.NET Core and C#, working independently with precision and thorough task planning
- Write highly resilient code with comprehensive testing for complex scenarios
- Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities proactively
- Apply software design patterns appropriately within project contexts
- Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues, interpreting code metrics to drive improvements
- Build and maintain microservice architectures using Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or MassTransit
- Work with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch implementations
- Manage build and deployment processes in Azure DevOps
- Communicate directly with clients, bringing technical insights and innovation suggestions to your team
- Support team members in problem-solving and solution development
What We're Looking For
- Strong expertise in .NET/.NET Core and C#
- Proficiency with Entity Framework and REST API development
- Experience with PowerShell and SQL
- Hands-on experience with microservice architectures
- Working knowledge of message queuing systems (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or MassTransit)
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch
- Experience managing build and deploy processes in Azure DevOps
- Fluent communication in both German and English – this is essential for client interaction
- Comfortable with direct client communication
- Proactive mindset with ability to stay current on industry trends and bring innovative ideas forward
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to support team members
