Werkstudent:in Social Media Management (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing and events organization based in Osnabrück. In this working student position, you will:

• Develop and produce content for social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) from concept through to final posts
• Travel with camera equipment to partner locations, events, and venues throughout Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia to capture content on-site
• Plan and maintain the editorial calendar, keeping track of themes and content formats
• Monitor social media trends and bring fresh ideas that align with organizational goals
• Analyze post performance and optimize content strategy based on data insights

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled university student, ideally with initial experience in social media or content production
• Strong instinct for visual composition, copywriting, and audio—you understand what works on each platform
• Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle for flexible travel throughout the region
• Structured and independent work style, able to manage multiple topics simultaneously
• Creative mindset with enthusiasm for trends and willingness to experiment
• Ideally located near Osnabrück or Münster
• Approximately 10 hours per week availability

Pay
