Product Marketing Manager, Supplier Network Growth

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential ESG technology organization in their search for a Product Marketing Manager focused on supplier network growth across East and Southeast Asia. This role sits at the center of a critical business function—connecting with the tens of thousands of manufacturers who use the platform across China, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam.

You'll own the marketing that helps suppliers discover the platform, understand the value, complete their purchase, and successfully onboard. This is a direct revenue role where your positioning, messaging, and in-product copy move real numbers. You'll make global messaging land in local markets and ensure the supplier voice shapes how the product is built and sold.

This is a remote position based in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, or Vietnam, reporting to senior product marketing leadership and working closely with regional supplier engagement teams.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for the global supplier audience—factories, manufacturers, and vendors who purchase and complete sustainability assessments through the platform
• Drive the supplier purchase and onboarding experience to reduce friction and increase conversion from discovery to completed first assessment
• Articulate clear, specific value propositions: one assessment satisfying multiple brand requirements, reduced audit redundancy, and access to a network of 350+ potential buyers
• Adapt global messaging for local markets across the region, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam
• Produce high-volume supplier content and enablement using AI-assisted workflows: onboarding emails, success stories, assessment guidance, in-product copy, and partner materials
• Serve as the voice of the region, feeding supplier insights back into positioning, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy
• Partner across functions and time zones with regional engagement teams, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, growth, and product
• Support association and partner co-marketing initiatives with industry bodies that influence how suppliers approach assessments and standards

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years in product marketing or adjacent go-to-market roles (content, demand, lifecycle, partner, or community marketing) in B2B SaaS, B2B ecommerce, or related industries
• Experience in consumer goods supply chains and manufacturing environments
• Proven track record directly increasing revenue and ecommerce sales through marketing programs targeting business customers
• Experience serving as strategic voice of customer in product development—influencing roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy
• Fluent in English plus at least one relevant regional language
• Strong writing and editing skills in English and one additional regional language, with ability to clarify technical, regulatory, or data-heavy material
• Comfortable working with data—reading it, questioning it, and turning it into compelling narratives
• AI-fluent or eager to become so; experience building AI-assisted workflows for research, drafting, and enablement
• Collaborative work style across functions, cultures, and time zones

Preferred qualifications:

• Localization or multi-market marketing experience
• eCommerce or self-serve purchase experience
• Mandarin language skills (strong advantage given supplier network concentration)
