(Junior) Finance Manager*in (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate investment organization based in Berlin, and our talent team is seeking a Junior Finance Manager to join their dynamic operations during a parental leave coverage period (2-year fixed term).

In this role, you will:

• Prepare bank reporting and financial documentation
• Support property financing initiatives and due diligence processes
• Create financing exposés and organize data rooms with required documentation
• Participate in negotiation and implementation of financing agreements
• Manage liquidity planning (operational and strategic) and coordinate with cross-functional departments
• Submit and track invoices with banking partners
• Maintain financial databases and systems
• Oversee existing financing arrangements and relationships

What We're Looking For

• Initial professional experience in finance; banking qualification is ideal
• Foundational understanding of business and financial processes
• Strong affinity for numbers, logical thinking, and high motivation
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Availability for at least 35 hours per week
• Ability to work on-site in Berlin (Alexanderplatz area)
