Software Engineer, Security, Stablecoin

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded fintech company that is building next-generation payment and treasury infrastructure. Our client is at the forefront of integrating stablecoin technology into enterprise financial systems, enabling faster, more cost-effective cross-border payments and treasury operations for thousands of businesses.

We're seeking a Software Engineer, Security, Stablecoin to join their engineering team with dedicated focus on blockchain-based payment rails and secure treasury systems. This is a high-impact role where you'll own critical infrastructure that processes significant transaction volume in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale stablecoin-based payment and treasury infrastructure from the ground up
• Design and implement secure integrations with external blockchain providers and payment partners
• Own end-to-end product flows for stablecoin capabilities across the platform
• Solve complex distributed systems challenges in eventually consistent, mission-critical environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate stablecoin features into core products
• Ensure security best practices for key management, wallet infrastructure, and transaction flows

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of experience shipping production systems for critical infrastructure
• Proven experience with stablecoin technologies, blockchain-based payment rails, and/or wallet infrastructure
• Strong production experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform
• Deep proficiency in at least one object-oriented or functional programming language (Python, Go, Java, or similar)
• Track record working on security-sensitive systems with focus on key management, wallet security, or secure transaction flows
• Experience building or operating payments, money movement, treasury, stablecoin, or crypto infrastructure in production

Preferred:

• Understanding of on-chain mechanics including wallet-based transaction signing, confirmation/finality, and chain-level tradeoffs
• Direct experience building on-chain wallets or integrating crypto onGet A Job.ai/offGet A Job.ai APIs for custody and remittance
• Experience integrating external financial service provider APIs at scale
• Familiarity with cross-border settlement, FX, or treasury management systems
• Background in highly regulated fintech environments (payments, banking, or compliance-focused infrastructure)
