Senior Manager/Director, Finance

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Manager or Director of Finance to drive financial strategy and operational excellence during a critical growth phase. This is a remote position based in the United States, reporting directly to the CFO.

Our client is a mission-driven organization operating as a public benefit corporation, backed by values-aligned investors. You'll play a pivotal role in building robust analytical capabilities and supporting sustainable, profitable growth while partnering across the organization to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support company growth and stakeholder value creation
• Build a high-performing analytical culture, fostering excellence and continuous improvement
• Oversee investor reporting and key performance indicator tracking across the organization
• Support business planning, forecasting, and modeling for strategic decision-making at the executive level
• Drive business case analyses and insights to inform product, pricing, operational, and acquisition strategies
• Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration, customer engagement, or company events

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years of progressive finance experience
• Growth company experience including scaling financial operations
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B business models is a plus
• CFA designation preferred
• Foundational experience at a top consulting firm or investment bank, PE, or VC firm in an associate or equivalent role is a plus
• Experience as part of a diverse, distributed, remote-first team is valued

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $160,000 - $200,000 annual base salary, plus annual bonus potential and incentive stock options. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and location. The client also offers comprehensive benefits including healthcare premium coverage, 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and work-from-home stipends.
