Werkstudent:in KI-Automatisierung & interne Tools (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Berlin, and our talent team is seeking a working student to support AI automation and internal tooling development.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain internal automations and AI workflows that streamline daily operations for the team
• Develop standalone scripts and contribute to larger AI agent infrastructure components
• Optimize existing workflows by identifying bottlenecks, error-prone processes, and performance issues, then implementing improvements
• Serve as the technical point of contact when colleagues need new automations, gathering requirements and coordinating implementation
• Document your workflows thoroughly so team members can maintain and extend them independently
• Participate in comprehensive onboarding during your first months, gradually taking on more responsibility as you master the tools and processes

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who genuinely enjoys automation challenges and has the technical foundation to build reliable solutions.

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a comparable program
• Hands-on coding experience with Python or JavaScript, with demonstrated ability to build functional projects
• Strong curiosity and initiative—you bring ideas, think proactively, and want to grow your responsibilities over time
• Reliable and detail-oriented work style; you complete tasks thoroughly and accurately
• Continuous learning mindset with enthusiasm for exploring new tools and technologies
• Trustworthy approach to handling access to critical internal systems
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with Claude or OpenAI API
• Serious exploration of prompt engineering techniques
